Geetika_Ki_Canadian_Diary is a podcast that celebrates the triumphs and the failures of the Canadian immigration journey.
Join us as we share the inspirational and relatable stories of our fellow immigrants, who came to Canada with dreams not only for themselves but also for their future generations. These stories are full of passion, disappointment, ambition, failure and positivity. They are emotional, hilarious, insightful, and poignant.
They are a true testament to the “dreams do come true” attitude that unites all immigrants - whether you’re new to Canada or have been here for decades.

Sending our youngest to school in Canada was memorable. My Indian upbringing emphasized respect & obedience to teachers. Here I learned teachers have authority, but children can have opinions. I recently spoke with Shipra Chaudhury, a Montessori teacher with 17 years of experience. Originally from Kolkata, India, Shipra earned her Master's in English & taught O' level English in Dubai. This podcast delivers her message to students & aspiring teachers!
